The Broker License Course is a 40 hour course mandated by The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It provides everything you need to pass the state Licensing exam. The cost is $425. includes 2 textbooks.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Dept. of Licensure in Real Estate requires all active Licensed Salespersons & Brokers to take 12 hours of state approved continuing education every 2 years before license renewal.
